Two waves Highway Guardrail Forming Machine
The equipment as only for design of the two waves machine.
The equipment can form the highway guardrail with leveling,
punching, forming and cutting etc. craft. It is consisted with
de-coiler, leveling section, punching section, forming section and
cutting section etc.
The equipment consists with the de-coiler, leveler, 2 sets
hydraulic hole punch device (one is for the connection holes,
anther is for the center holes) , the forming machine, hydraulic
cutting device, the electric controlled system and hydraulic system
The main drive of the whole line uses a reducer with the frequency
conversion to control, the speed control, length setting and the
localization control are accurate and reliable.

The leveler is composed with guider-in device, the drive roller,
both sides adjustable guide device and leveling roller etc.
Feature of structure: after the quenching and tempering,
chrome-plating processing ,the rigidity , surface roughness of the
roller etc. are all enhance greatly; It is composed by the clamping
roller and the leveling roller, the clamping roller may the
independent control, the leveler has one pair of horizontal guide
roller and two pairs of vertical guider roller and easy to adjust
by hand wheel.
Working roller: nice rollers type (with one pair of pinch roll
front and back and working roller up 3 down 4)

7.Automatic Collection Table
8. PLC control system
Full line is controlled by PLC control system, touch screen
operation to achieve the human and PLC interactive. The operator
can monitor the setting program (programmable control)and modify
the parameter to control the line. Also can check the running
status, parameter and error indication etc..
Operation type: manual /auto two type switch. In manual position:
can run the each part of the machine. In auto position: can run the
full line. The emergency stop ensures the safe of the equipment and
Machine side is equipped with the manual operation control panel
for convenient worker to operate;
Entire line surveillance function: to reach surveillance production
line movement condition, realizes to various locations production
Has the failure detection function: Carries on to the production
line signal succession examines, the checkup according to sequence,
discovers the mistake, and giving the alarm to stop the machine.

9.Payment: pay 30% in advance before production, the buyer will
check and accept the machine in the seller's factory. The seller
has the obligation to operate. The buyer should pay 70% balance
